A piano visualizer with the sheet music in sync
Piano: Soloist turns a score into a piano performance you can watch: notes fall onto an 88-key keyboard while the sheet music above highlights each note as it sounds. It runs right in your browser.
What you get
- One-time Pro, no subscription
- No account needed. Pro is a single one-time purchase, and its trial needs no card.
- Falling notes in 2D, 2.5D and 3D
- Classic falling notes, a tilted 2.5D lane, or a full 3D stage with a curved rail and lit keys.
- Sheet music that follows along
- The score scrolls line by line and colors the notes being played, so you see both the notation and the keys.
- Many file types
- MusicXML and compressed .mxl, MIDI, printed PDF scores and piano recordings (automatic transcription).
- Record a video
- Save the screen as a video for YouTube, Shorts or Reels, including a vertical 9:16 render.
- 400+ pieces ready to play
- A library of public-domain and openly licensed classical scores you can open with one click.
How to use it
- Open the app.
- Choose a piece from the list, or load your own MusicXML, MIDI or PDF file.
- Press play — pick 2D, 2.5D or 3D and a theme you like.

FAQ
- Is it free?
- Partly free. The core features are free to use, including playing scores, the free library and video recording. A few extras, such as the high-quality piano and medley mode, come with Pro — see "Basic vs Pro" above for every difference.
- Where does it run?
- Right in a modern browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. Recording works best in Chrome or Edge on a computer.
- Are my files uploaded?
- MusicXML and MIDI are processed on your device. Only PDF and recording conversions are sent to a conversion server and deleted right after.
- Can it turn a piano recording into a score?
- Yes. Upload an MP3 or video of a piano and it is transcribed into a playable score. Solo piano recordings work best.
