1. 회원가입과 악보 파일

Piano: Soloist는 회원가입이 없습니다. 올린 악보 파일과 녹화 영상은 사용자의 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

저장한 악보, 배경 이미지, 설정, Pro 라이선스 키는 사용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage·IndexedDB)에만 저장되며, 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

2. 이용 통계

서비스 개선을 위해 Vercel Web Analytics(페이지 방문)와 Umami(기능 사용 이벤트: 샘플 곡 선택, 업로드 형식, 재생·녹화, Pro 안내 창 열기 등)를 사용합니다. 둘 다 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며 이름·이메일 같은 개인을 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

3. Pro 결제와 라이선스 확인

Pro 결제는 판매 대행사 Polar가 처리하며, 결제 과정에서 이름·이메일·결제 정보는 Polar(및 Polar의 결제 처리사)가 수집·처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Polar의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

라이선스 키를 입력하거나 3일마다 다시 확인할 때, 키가 서비스 서버를 거쳐 Polar로 전달되어 유효한지만 확인합니다. 서비스 서버는 키나 결과를 저장하지 않습니다.

키 하나로 쓸 수 있는 기기 수를 제한하기 위해, 키를 켤 때 기기 종류와 브라우저 이름(예: "iPad · Safari")이 Polar에 기기 등록으로 남고, 그 등록 번호가 이 브라우저에 저장됩니다. [이 기기에서 해제]를 누르면 Polar의 등록도 지워집니다. 이름·위치 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않습니다.

결제 직후 Pro를 자동으로 켜기 위해, 구매 버튼을 누를 때 만든 임의의 구매 번호(이 브라우저에 48시간 보관)로 서버가 Polar에서 결제 완료 여부와 라이선스 키를 조회합니다. 이 번호와 조회 결과도 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

운영자는 판매·환불·문의 처리를 위해 Polar 관리 화면에서 구매자의 이메일과 구매 내역을 볼 수 있으며, 이 목적 외에는 쓰지 않습니다.

1. No accounts; your files stay on your device

Piano: Soloist has no sign-up. Score files you upload and videos you record are processed only in your browser and are not sent to our servers.

Saved scores, background images, settings and your Pro license key are stored only in your browser's storage (localStorage/IndexedDB) and are removed when you clear your browser data.

2. Usage statistics

To improve the Service we use Vercel Web Analytics (page views) and Umami (feature events such as sample song choice, upload format, playback, recording and opening the Pro window). Neither uses cookies or collects names, emails or other identifying information.

3. Pro payments and license checks

Pro payments are handled by our reseller Polar. Your name, email and payment details are collected and processed by Polar (and its payment processor) under Polar's privacy policy; we never receive card details.

When you enter a license key, and every 3 days afterwards, the key is passed through our server to Polar only to check that it is valid. Our server does not store the key or the result.

To limit how many devices one key can be used on, turning on a key registers this device with Polar under its device type and browser name (for example, "iPad · Safari"), and the registration number is stored in this browser. Tapping [Remove from this device] deletes the registration at Polar as well. No name, location or other personally identifying information is sent.

To turn Pro on right after payment, the Buy button creates a random purchase reference (kept in this browser for 48 hours) that our server uses to look up the payment and license key at Polar. The reference and result are not stored on our server either.

To handle sales, refunds and support, the Operator can see buyers' email addresses and purchase history in Polar's dashboard and uses them for no other purpose.
