FAQ

Is the lifetime license really a one-time payment?

Yes. Pay once and keep Pro, including Pro features we add later.

Can I use it on other devices?

Pro turns on right away on the device you pay with. On other devices, enter the license key from your receipt email in the Pro window once. Each key works on up to 3 devices. If all 3 are in use and you want to add a new one, tap [Remove from this device] in the Pro window on a device you no longer use to free a slot.

Can I get a refund?

Ask within 14 days of payment for a full refund, whether or not you used Pro.

How do I pay?

By card. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by our reseller, Polar.

Can I record on iPad?

Unfortunately, the site's recording currently works in laptop and desktop browsers only. On iPad and iPhone, please use the device's built-in screen recording.
