Piano: Soloist(pianosoloist.app, 이하 "서비스")는 Piano: Soloist 운영자(개인 개발자, 이하 "운영자")가 운영하는 웹 서비스로, 사용자가 올린 악보를 브라우저에서 피아노 연주로 재생하고 영상으로 녹화할 수 있게 합니다.

기본 기능은 무료이며, 일부 기능은 유료 Pro로 제공됩니다.

2. Pro(유료 기능)

Pro는 월 구독 또는 평생 이용권(한 번 결제)으로 구매할 수 있고, 포함 기능은 서비스 안 Pro 안내 창에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.

결제는 판매 대행사 Polar(Polar Software Inc.)가 판매자로서 처리하며, 결제·영수증·세금 처리에는 Polar의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.

구매하면 라이선스 키가 이메일로 발송되며, 서비스에 키를 입력하면 그 기기(브라우저)에서 Pro가 켜집니다. 키는 본인만 사용해야 하며 공유·재판매할 수 없습니다.

월 구독은 해지하기 전까지 매달 자동 결제되며, 해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 쓸 수 있습니다.

평생 이용권은 서비스가 운영되는 동안 Pro를 계속 쓸 수 있는 권리입니다.

운영자가 정한 기간에는 Pro 무료 체험(기기·브라우저당 1회)을 제공할 수 있습니다. 체험은 결제 정보 없이 시작하며, 기간이 끝나면 자동으로 무료 기능으로 돌아가고 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 저작권

사용자가 올리는 악보 파일은 사용자의 브라우저 안에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

사용자는 올리는 악보와 녹화한 영상을 이용할 정당한 권리가 있어야 하며, 저작권이 있는 곡의 이용 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

4. 서비스 변경·중단

운영자는 기능을 개선·변경할 수 있습니다. Pro 기능을 크게 줄이거나 서비스를 종료하는 경우 미리 알리며, 종료 시 남은 구독 기간은 환불 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 브라우저·기기 환경에 따라 일부 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

1. The service

Piano: Soloist (pianosoloist.app, the "Service") is operated by an individual developer (the "Operator"). It plays sheet music you upload as a piano performance in your browser and lets you record it as video.

Core features are free; some features are offered as the paid Pro plan.

2. Pro

Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a lifetime license (one-time payment). Included features are those shown in the Pro window in the Service.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software Inc.); Polar's terms also apply to payment, receipts and taxes.

After purchase you receive a license key by email. Entering it in the Service turns on Pro in that browser. Keys are for your own use and may not be shared or resold.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

A lifetime license gives you Pro for as long as the Service operates.

During periods set by the operator, a free Pro trial may be offered (once per device/browser). The trial starts without payment details, ends automatically and is never charged.

3. Your content and copyright

Score files you upload are processed only in your browser and are not sent to our servers.

You must have the right to use the scores you upload and the videos you record; you are responsible for any use of copyrighted music.

4. Changes and discontinuation

We may improve or change features. If Pro features are substantially reduced or the Service shuts down, we will give notice in advance, and remaining subscription time will be handled under the refund policy.

The Service is provided as is; some features may not work on every browser or device.
